Terms of Service

By using the samla.ai mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Maja Athena AB, a company registered in Sweden.

samla.ai is a personal collection management application that lets you catalog items, store photos, track estimated market values, export data (premium), and sync across devices.

AI assists with item identification and valuation. All valuations are estimates and are not professional appraisals.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent.

Free and premium tiers are available. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website payment system.

Fees are charged in advance. You may cancel through your app store account settings.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service.

You may not use the Service unlawfully, infringe intellectual property, reverse engineer the app, use automated access, share account credentials, or upload malicious code.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". Valuations are estimates only and should not be used for insurance, tax, or investment decisions.

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before any claim.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved through good faith negotiation, then mediation, then Swedish courts where applicable.
