Delete your samla.ai account

How to request account deletion

1. Use the form below, or email support@samla.ai with the subject "Delete my samla.ai account".
2. Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
3. Optional but helpful: delete the account yourself in the samla.ai mobile app under Menu → Settings → Account (re-authenticate when prompted).
4. We will confirm when deletion is complete. We aim to finish within 30 days of a verified request.

Data we delete

• Your login / account profile (Firebase Auth and linked profile fields)
• Your collection items, photos, notes, tags, and locations
• AI analysis results stored with your items
• In-app preferences tied to your user id

Data we may keep for a limited time

• Billing records required for tax / accounting (kept as required by law)
• Support email threads (up to about 3 years)
• Security / fraud logs that cannot identify you after anonymization
• App Store / Google Play subscription receipts stay with Apple or Google — cancel those subscriptions in the store account settings if they are still active

After account deletion we may retain limited records for legal compliance, anonymized where possible. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Deleting your samla.ai account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your store settings first (or tell us you need help).
